Returns Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included packaging along with the original receipt within 7days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that Equisocks can only be returned unworn. Please ensure you order the correct size for your horses legs as per sizing guide on checkout. Apply socks with (E) logo at fetlock facing up. Applying upside down may cause adverse effects.
EQUISOCKS RECOMMENDS USING A PLASTIC BAG WHILST APPLYING SOCK TO HORSE'S LEG AS THIS EASES APPLICATION AND AVOIDS LADDERING (see video)
